My name is Michelle aka Elle & I’m a child of God, Wife, Mom, Groomer, Dog Foster & Director @ The Happy Tail Rescue. I am a certified AKC S.A.F.E. GROOMER as well as a member of the International Groomers Association. 

Growing up I always connected with animals & feel blessed God gave me the abilities to care for them whether it’s to make them look great, feel great, or give them love I’m grateful for all the fur babies in my life. 

Everyday, I get the privilege of falling in love with my pup clients, each one of the dogs who come to me have a piece of my heart in a way I can’t explain into words. Each dog has their own personality, different looks, & unique way they need to be cared for!

As a groomer, I get to enjoy time with my pup clients, making them look & feel great.  I look forward to seeing them at their next appointments & watching them grow! Each dog who becomes my client becomes a member of my family & we do everything we can to make sure they get the best care & attention while they are at Happy Tails with us. 

As a foster, there is something special in being called to be the one who stands in the gap until the pups find the family they deserve. As a foster family, we help the dogs work through the trauma in order to nourish & teach them that love can be more powerful than the pain of their past. We open our hearts & home to them. Letting go-of our foster pups may not be easy, but we know we are a bridge that fills the gap until they find the family they deserve!

Looking to add a new furry friend to your family? We offer adoption services for cats and dogs of all ages and breeds. Our adoption process ensures that every pet finds their perfect match at The Happy Tail Rescue. 

We offer 1/2 and Full Day daycare services! Daycare is great for dogs who may need socializing or to burn off some extra energy! 

***We also have the quiet room for dogs who just need some extra TLC but prefer a serene environment to relax. 

Our AKC Certified Safe Groomer will make your pet look and feel their best. We offer a range of grooming services including baths, nail trims, haircuts, and more.

Going out of town for an extended period of time? We offer pet boarding services in a safe and comfortable environment. Your pet will receive plenty of love and attention while you're away & have 24 hour care in-home boarding.
